I absolutely loved the location of the hotel, being right near Karon beach and a short stroll to Kata Beach, surrounded by lovely restaurants. I stayed at this hotel for one night and decided to check out due to various issues. While the room I booked had a sea view, it was disappointing overall with dated furnishings and a smelly bathroom. The property felt old, and the lack of lifts meant constantly using stairs. Additionally, the location wasn't ideal, with expensive one-way fares to nearby Patong.
