I absolutely loved the location of the hotel, being right near Karon beach and a short stroll to Kata Beach, surrounded by lovely restaurants. The staff were fantastic and extremely professional, although some aspects like the room decor and beds were not up to European 4-star standards. However, the beautiful water pond nearby added a special touch to the dining experience.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were very large and beautifully furnished, but there was a slight smell in the bathroom and the water wasn't great. The service was super friendly and the location was convenient, just a 2-minute walk from Karon Beach. The dining experience was a bit bland, but the hotel had a lovely setup. I stayed at this hotel for one night and decided to check out due to various issues. While the room I booked had a sea view, it was disappointing overall with dated furnishings and a smelly bathroom. The property felt old, and the lack of lifts meant constantly using stairs. Additionally, the location wasn't ideal, with expensive one-way fares to nearby Patong.
